Juice recipes for great skin

Today I am sharing a few juice recipes I found at wellandgoodnyc.com to achieve skin that looks "more hydrated, alive and glowing." The New York celeb aesthetician Joanna Vargas created theses recipes as beauty boosters. What we put inside out bodies is very important to maintain healthy skin. Since I am adapting more to becoming a successful esthy with more knowledge in the beauty industry, sharing information about beauty and health are my priority. I believe theses recipes will come in handy whenever I need a healthy boost!

Carrot Juice Serves 2 1cup carrot, washed, peeled and roughly chopped 1 small apple, peeled and cored 2 large oranges, peeled ¼ of whole pineapple, rind removed, cored and roughly chopped 2 ice cubes
